Every child is to follow all the disciplinary rules of the institution to
maintain the school decorum.
The child should attend the school regularly and punctually. Students are
expected to be at school ten minutes before the school starts. This school gate
will be closed and no student will be allowed to come inside the school

Students should come to school neat, clean and tidy is their proper school
uniform. Nails are to be kept short.
The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of books, money and so
on, each child is responsible for his own things.
Parents and other persons are not allowed to see their children or teacher
during school hours without the permission of the principal.
Filthy language towards anyone is seriously objectionable. Guardians should
respect everyone in and out of the school premises.
No student can leave the school premises during school hours without the
permission of the principal, which may be granted under exceptional
circumstances based on a written request of parents.
Every child has to nurture good habits to contribute to the values and standard
of the school by his/her conduct, discipline and commitment to studies.
Students are not allowed to carry mobile phone inside the school campus. The
mobile phone will not be returned. No jewellery is to be worn except a
wristwatch.
Student must always speak in English in the school premises and maintain a high
standard in their conversation.
Children found using unfair means in tests or examinations will automatically
merit a zero.
Wards found writing, scratching or damaging school property will be penalized.
Fine will be imposed on students if he/she damage school property.
Students should keep their properly locked bicycles in the school cycle stand.
School authority will not be held responsible for any loss of unlocked bicycle
kept in the cycle stand.
Irregular attendance, habitual lack of interest in the school work,
insubordination, stealing or any offence, liable to effect the disciplines of
the school, are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the student from the
school.
Admission and Withdrawal
Admission of the student in the school will be on the basis of merit.
For admission the necessary documents such as the Transfer Certificate from the
institution last attended and the copy of the mark list of the qualifying
examination must be submitted.
For taking admission the parents of the student must inevitably be present and
sign the admission form.
If a student is absent from the school for three consecutive days from the day
of re-opening, without forwarding a leave application in writing, his/her name
will be struck off the rolls. If a student is absent from the school for Ten
days consecutively without leave application, his/her name will be removed from
the school rolls. In both cases the re-admission will be considered as fresh
admission.
Applications for Transfer Certificate must be forwarded by the parent/guardian
of the student. Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the student has
paid all the dues and arrears towards the school.
If a student is leaving the school during the school year he/she will have to
pay all the dues and fees for the whole of the year, for Transfer Certificate to
be issued in his/her favor.
